- School or education issues, including enrollment, financial aid, fee waivers, and transportation access
- Public benefits access, including food stamps (SNAP), TANF, health insurance/Medicaid, and SSI disability
- Identification documents, including birth certificates
- Family law, including child support and custody
- Consumer and credit issues
- Housing law
- Discrimination/civil rights
- Sealing/expunging criminal records
