Exhibition by artist Jason Brammer to benefit CCH

Photo-surrealist painter Jason Brammer will give CCH a portion of the proceeds of his current exhibition, Into the After.
The show will run through June 30 at the Star Lounge (2521 W. Chicago
Ave.), a coffee shop featuring drinks brewed from organic beans that's
open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sun. - Wed. and from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Thurs. - Sat.

Pictured to the right is one of the paintings available for purchase as part of Into the After,
titled "Time Machine XXVI". Viewers of the new show have
described it as "Hitchcockian in its visual surrealism" and "an
industrial underworld of magic." Small works start at $50 and the
largest pieces range from $2400 to $4500 in price.

"We support the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless because of their passion and
concern for those that are forgotten about or marginalized in our society," Jason said. "It feels good to be part of an
organization that is enabling people to help themselves and to improve
their conditions in this life. On some level, we are all
connected to each other and we should focus on our common humanity for
a better world. CCH is doing just that."

CCH is very grateful to Jason and and Erin Brammer for their generosity, which
extends to donations of a portion of the proceeds earned from sales of
any Brammer works--not just those included in Into the After--if buyers mention they were referred by CCH.
